Also part of the Nazeing complex is Wrightons, a mature and attractive 2.5-acre gravel pit surrounded by trees and averaging 12 feet in depth. It has a private car park and chemical toilet facilities. This water is more of a general coarse fishery containing a good stock of Bream and Tench averaging 5lb, Roach, Rudd, Perch, Pike, Eels, Crucian Carp and a few other large Carp. Stocked quite heavily in recent years.
In addition to Wrightons there is the Relief Channel, which offers a quarter of a mile of 5-6 feet channel containing Roach, Bream, Perch, Tench, Gudgeon and some very large Pike and Carp to 27lbs.Please note that fishing on the Relief Channel comes under the True Sport Rules
