How to Demolish a Building

Removing a building can be expensive and dangerous and you will need to hire a demolitions company who uses methods which are both effective and safe. By demolishing a building, you are either knocking it down, imploding it, or removing it piece by piece. The end result is always the same and the building will be erased leaving behind a vacant lot. Knocking down a building is simple and is done by using equipment like wrecking balls, excavators and bulldozers. Controlled demolition is a lot more complex but is needed for tall structures which cannot be pulled down mechanically. Explosives are placed at key points in the structure and are set off in sequence so that the building simply collapses in on itself. Done properly, an imploded building will fall directly downwards and will not damage
